About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Award-Winning Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach, focusing on health and wellbeing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS
  • Conducting various Workplace Assessments, Functional and Vocational Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments
  • Providing return-to-work services for clients, ensuring seamless transitions back to their roles
  • Documenting case notes and reports, adhering to compliance requirements
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners

About You:

You possess excellent communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude, making you an invaluable asset to our team. To succeed in this role, you must hold the same values as us and demonstrate:

  • Proven Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Extensive NSW Legislative WC knowledge
  • A university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehab Counselling
  • AHPRA/ASORC/RCAA/ESSA accreditation
  • A passion for helping others and driving positive outcomes
