As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant at Acumen Health, you'll play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients and delivering market-leading case management services. You'll use your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support people who have suffered from a diverse range of injuries, illnesses, or trauma.

Working for a national organisation, you'll also have the opportunity to support clients across a broad range of schemes, including the Australian Defence Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).

In addition to your consulting portfolio, you'll work directly with our leadership team to coach and mentor our early careers Rehabilitation Consultants. You'll also drive customer growth across the region through best practice account management and new business development.

What will make you successful:

  • Ambitious with leadership aspirations
  • Experience working as a rehabilitation consultant
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
