About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our industry-renowned team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in occupational rehabilitation and will be responsible for assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach.

  • Managing a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS.
  • Conducting Workplace Assessments, Functional and Vocational Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments.
  • Providing return-to-work services for clients and documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About You

You will be passionate about connecting with and helping others feel their best again. Your excellent communication skills, integrity, and positive attitude make you a valuable team member. In addition, you must hold the same values as us and have:

  • Proven Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
  • Extensive NSW Legislative WC knowledge.
  • A university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehab Counselling.
  • AHPRA/ASORC/RCAA/ESSA accreditation.
  • A passion for helping people.
  • A full driver's license and access to your own car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
