Our team in the Mount Owen Glendell Complex is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class mining site.

The complex integrates the Mt Owen, Ravensworth East and Glendell mines using a single coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) and infrastructure at Mt Owen Mine.

This exciting opportunity exists for an Environment and Community (E&C) Coordinator to join our E&C team. Reporting to the Environment and Community Manager, your primary purpose will be to assist in the development, implementation and improvement of our Environmental Management System, including compliance monitoring, water, air, noise, cultural heritage and rehabilitation management, audits, community engagement and general support to the environmental team on all other environmental matters.

You will also support the maintenance of our Geographical Information System, provide advice to operational areas on environmental compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
