We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead our Emergency Department at a prominent hospital.
The RoleThis esteemed institution is looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who can lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Lead a dedicated team and provide patient-centred care to optimise outcomes and experiences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient flow and reduce length of stay.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Ability to engage and influence multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
- Commitment to exceptional service and patient satisfaction.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical care experience in a relevant specialty.
- Postgraduate qualification in Leadership and Management or relevant clinical specialty.
- Experience managing a department (including acting or deputising into Manager role).
