Job Title: Emergency Department Leader
\Norwest Private Hospital is currently seeking a skilled and experienced leader to lead our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care.
The successful candidate will have recent experience in managing an Emergency Department and be able to motivate and influence others to achieve required outcomes. They will also possess professional self-awareness and reflective practice, with the ability to engage and collaborate with staff from all disciplines.
The role involves current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA, a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years' clinical care experience in a relevant speciality. Desirable qualifications include postgraduate qualifications in Leadership and Management or a relevant clinical speciality, experience in managing a department, and experience in the private healthcare sector.
