As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will be instrumental in steering transformation projects across diverse sectors. You'll collaborate with finance leaders to design and implement transformational initiatives across Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Craft and execute cutting-edge Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services.">
  • Transition Finance into a Strategic Business Partner by laying the groundwork for an insight-led advisory function.">
  • Deploy Cloud ERP, EPM, Automation, and AI technologies to foster Process Excellence.">
  • Enhance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to provide clients with insights into business performance drivers.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Demonstrated experience in executing transformation projects within the Finance function, particularly in Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement.">
  • Advisory proficiency in key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, PowerBI, Workday Adaptive, Oracle).">
  • Strong analytical prowess and a knack for solving complex business challenges.">
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of project teams and stakeholders.">
  • A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.">
  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or CIMA will be highly regarded.">
