Financial Transaction Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Financial Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing various transactional tasks, including the creation of purchase orders, preparation of payment runs for supplier payments, maintenance and updating of Excel-based registers across multiple locations and sites, processing customer invoices, and processing manufacturing and production entries.
About the Role:
- This position will work in a manual environment utilizing Sage accounting software.
- Purchase orders, manual purchase orders, invoices, and payment runs are key responsibilities.
- Strong Excel skills are required for success in this role.
- Prior billings experience is preferred.
