Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced financial transaction coordinator to join our high-performance team in Melbourne, Australia.
As a key member of the financial transactions team, you will play a pivotal role in processing invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing vendor invoices
- Managing expense reports, including corporate card activities
- Reconciling financial accounts
- Providing weekly and monthly expense reports
- Scheduling and preparing payments
- Communicating with vendors to resolve queries
- Ensuring month-end financial close processes are completed efficiently
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for financial operations
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a high-volume transactional environment, proficiency in ERP accounting software, and intermediate Excel skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer service approach are also required.
