Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Transaction Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You will also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Manage financial transactions including matching, batching, and coding invoices
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Reconcile supplier payments and inter-company accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
