Senior Finance Transformation Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned finance transformation professional to lead our team in implementing cutting-edge financial close technologies and driving business growth.

As a Senior Finance Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance transformation projects, leading discussions with stakeholders, and developing executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in finance management and/or transformation consulting, with a strong background in Record-to-Report (R2R), process design, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of financial close technologies across various modules, including implementation, testing, and go-live support
  • Manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, from project planning to execution and delivery
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, work schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of finance transformation initiatives with overall business strategy
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, and team members

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in finance management and/or transformation consulting
  • Technical competency in Record-to-Report (R2R), including Financial Close & Consolidation, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and/or Intercompany Accounting
  • Strong leadership skills with an executive presence
  • Proven project management experience: workplan development, milestone tracking, risk and change management, and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts to executive audiences
