As a principal consultant in financials, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams. This involves leveraging your expertise to solve complex problems and drive transformational change within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead as a financial expert with in-depth knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

  • Develop and reinforce company policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution.

  • Drive tactical direction for project workstreams and identify key dependencies to support interplay between different workstreams.

  • Oversee the work of other consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and productivity.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in core financials, procurement, projects, and expenses areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

  • 4+ years of experience in Workday finance and procurement or similar implementation.

  • 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, with cloud ERP experience being highly desirable.

  • Workday Adaptive Financials experience is also highly beneficial.

  • Experience working with other financial ERP systems, such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool considered for this role.

  • Background in financial or supply chain roles.

  • Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
