Senior Campaign Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Campaign Analyst at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and accurate campaign offer configuration across various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end build and delivery of campaigns, ensuring seamless orchestration across channels.
  • Utilize data and platforms to propose personalized campaign strategies, design and perform A/B testing, and optimize for maximum open rates.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, simplify, and automate campaigns, leading cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Contribute to a culture of test and learn by embedding robust methodologies into campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Lead initiatives to understand existing challenges and business problems, suggesting ways to improve targeting through accurate and timely campaign reporting.
  • Devise and manage the implementation, development, analysis, targeting, and testing of new methods to increase audience engagement, conversion, and monetization numbers.
  • Own all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct regular split-testing on customer audiences, subject lines, landing pages, template designs, and messaging.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' hands-on experience in customer campaign execution.
  • Direct experience with SAS CI360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or advanced knowledge on other campaign platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure, ideally using Teradata.
  • Analytically driven person with a demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and lead management.
  • Innovative character with a pragmatic and systematic approach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in an agile environment.
