Senior Campaign Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Analyst to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and accurate campaign management across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end build and delivery of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across channels.
- Utilize data and platforms to propose the best ways to deliver personalized campaigns, design and perform A/B testing, and optimize for maximum open rates.
- Identify opportunities to optimize, simplify, and automate campaigns, leading cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Contribute to a culture of test and learn, embedding robust methodologies into campaigns through data-driven insights.
- Lead initiatives to understand existing challenges and business problems, suggesting ways to improve targeting through accurate and timely campaign reporting.
- Develop and manage the implementation, development, analysis, targeting, and testing of new methods to increase audience engagement, conversion, and monetization.
- Own all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct regular split-testing on customer audiences, subject lines, landing pages, template designs, and messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years' hands-on experience in customer campaign execution.
- Direct experience with SAS CI360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or advanced knowledge of other campaign platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure, ideally using Teradata.
- Analytically driven with a demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Understanding of data-driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and lead management.
- Innovative character with a pragmatic and systematic approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities in an agile environment.
