Project Technical Lead

Overview of the role:

This is a full-time position that combines technical expertise with business development and client engagement. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in driving project success, expanding client relationships, and assisting with business development opportunities across various sectors.

Responsibilities include leading client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction, as well as managing internal design teams and overseeing engineering assessments across complex projects. You will also represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.

To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership. A degree-qualified background in Mechanical Engineering is also required, along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery and strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for building client relationships and assisting with growing business pipelines.
