About the Role

This is a Change Manager position with KPMG, a leading company in Australia, offering an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team.

KPMG Enterprise Advisory is a specialist division dedicated to advising mid-market businesses on their strategy, growth, or transformational goals. We work with fast-growing mid-market businesses, established and emerging entrepreneurs, family businesses, private clients, and not-for-profits to build successful organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and consult on projects to mid-market clients, exposing you to a range of different industries and sectors.
  • Manage business transformation-related change projects, focusing on organizational design, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and training.
  • Develop strategic employee communication plans and content, reviewing literature for distribution and determining delivery channels.
  • Coach business leaders and key stakeholders to use change methodologies and tools to support business transformation.
  • Support the build-out of the Enterprise Advisory Change Management Community of Practice.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Change Management team members to support their professional development and career pathways.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in People and Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience and knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Exposure to mid-market clients with a focus on industries including but not limited to; Local Government, Energy and Utilities, Higher Education and Health, Ageing and Human Services.
  • Experience in design, conducting, and managing Change Management activities, including strategies, plans, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
  • Experience in planning and creating impactful and engaging communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
