Senior Procurement Advisor

This is a high-level advisory role where you will be working with our Defence client to provide guidance on procurement planning, tendering, and contract formation while ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.

About the Role

You will have previous experience in Defence procurement, as well as strong knowledge of contracting principles and risk management frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on procurement planning, tendering, and contract formation to our Defence client
  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on complex contracting correspondence, reports, and submissions
  • Mentoring colleagues on technical and commercial risk principles and Defence performance frameworks
  • Applying risk and performance management frameworks to procurement and contracting activities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies for complex contracting issues
