A challenging position exists for a trusted advisor to join our Corporate and Commercial team. This role entails providing commercial contracting advice to support business growth.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, with a 12-month contractual term. The role can be performed from any of our offices across Australia.

  • Collaborate with professionals and pursuits teams to negotiate and manage high-value agreements.
  • Work closely with colleagues on global contracting initiatives and projects.
  • Deliver proactive, commercial legal advice as a trusted advisor within the General Counsel organization.
Key Requirements
  • An unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
  • At least 8 years' post-admission experience in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
