The role of the Financial Leadership Director is to provide strategic direction and support to the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and dependability of the company’s financial records and reporting.
This individual plays a key role in standardizing and optimizing processes across the organization.
- Develop and implement best-in-class financial accounting processes and systems to achieve organizational current and future goals, while mitigating financial and operational risk.
- Serve as a strategic financial business partner to the executive team.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting to ensure efficient and accurate recording of all transactions, managing a globally distributed team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in increasingly senior positions.
- Knowledge of SOX, GAAP.
