Procurement Lead for Sustainable Outcomes

As a highly skilled professional, you will lead our production, property and logistics (PPL) categories.

This role involves establishing functional relationships with key stakeholders, creating a positive delivery culture within the team and across business functions, and providing timely information and advice to senior management and peers.

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality sourcing activities in PPL, managing contract disputes and claims, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the procurement team.

They will also lead the procurement team's role in delivering sustainable procurement outcomes and support operational sourcing and procurement activities when needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement
  • 5+ years in a senior management or leadership role
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Exceptional commercial experience
  • Practical approach with a strong operational mindset
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
