About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our major project in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering this significant project within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Implement robust project management methodologies to maintain and enhance project quality
  • Champion and exceed safety protocols and standards across all project activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within the new built environment in Australia
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and best practices
  • In-depth understanding of quality management processes
  • A commitment to maintaining and improving safety standards in project environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
