Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leader to drive sales growth and operational performance.

Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs, analyse local market data, and develop strategies to enhance profitability.

You will be responsible for the execution of central solutions, developing and improving local ways of working, and internal service agreements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop comprehensive product knowledge and share insights with customers and team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and analysing local market data to prioritise products and services that enhance profitability.
  • Secure operational performance and development of dedicated business area.
  • Responsible for execution of central solutions and ways of working, developing and improving local ways of working and internal service agreements.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge, sharing insights with customers and team members.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience across channels, consistently meeting expectations.
