Are you a people person with excellent communication and administration skills?
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work on a full-time or casual basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage communication flow between customers, suppliers, and employees
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience to all contact points
- Process administrative tasks and multitask regularly
The ideal candidate will have superior telephone communications and customer service skills.
Previous reception/administration experience in a similar environment is an advantage. The ability to learn electronic and manual administrative systems quickly is also beneficial. Excellent telephone systems skills and professional presentation are required.
Exposure to VicRoads registrations processes and ERA/Reynolds software systems is advantageous. If you are dedicated and committed to providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
