Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion.

Your primary focus will be on managing client expectations and communicating project progress to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring harmonious working relationships with key partners and identifying risks and roadblocks to successful project completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based project environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and communicate project progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure harmonious working relationships with key partners
  • Identify risks and roadblocks to successful project completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality project deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management role on controls automation projects
  • Experience managing projects in manufacturing industries is an asset
  • Customer-focused and action-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based project environment
