Job Overview

This permanent opportunity involves driving process improvement and automation across various business areas. It is a full-time position with hybrid working arrangements, providing flexibility to work from home or in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of automation projects, including planning, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Streamline workflows and improve efficiency using modern tools and platforms.
  • Document processes and maintain clear records to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About You / Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in automation development within a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Agents) and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Experience with Boomi for automation across enterprise systems is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Workato, K2, and/or Automation Anywhere is beneficial.
  • Ability to discover, understand, and integrate with RESTful APIs, including navigating documentation and testing endpoints.
  • Experience integrating across hybrid environments, including Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and on-premises systems.
  • Understanding of security best practices for automation, including data handling and access controls.
  • Clear and confident communication with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and approaches; proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
