The Role:

We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving online sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product enrichment and merchandising
  • Daily review of site content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaboration with product and SEO teams to optimize product content and search engine rankings
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and product launches with regular content updates
  • Managing homepage banners and website content updates
  • Supporting pricing and promotions as required
  • Content Marketing
  • Implementation of digital and content marketing plan to deliver increased engagement and conversion rates
  • Project managing online campaigns and promotional activity
  • Supporting CRM team to grow subscriber database through tactical acquisition campaigns
  • Developing and implementing relevant content and product landing pages
  • Analysing and reporting on ROI of campaign outcomes
  • Acting as ecommerce ambassador and supporting customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Liaising and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless customer experience

To be successful, you will have:

- 2-3 years' experience in similar role
- Previous experience in Footwear, Retail or wholesale (highly regarded)
- Marketing or Business degree/diploma (preferred not required)
- Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar)
- Highly organised with great communication skills
