About This Role

We are seeking transport care professionals to deliver high-quality patient services during transport of various medical conditions. Our team provides structured training, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive culture.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform patient assessment and intervention on-road.
  • Provide high-quality patient care during transport.
  • Develop positive relationships with patients and stakeholders.
  • Assess intervention effectiveness following RFDS MPC guidelines and regulations.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within policies and procedures.
  • Maintain understanding of RFDS MPC policies and NEPT regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Cert III in Non-Emergency Patient Care, Diploma of Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in the NEPT sector is preferred but not essential.
  • A full Victorian Driver's Licence and ability to drive in diverse traffic conditions.
  • Availability for shifts across a 7-day roster (no night shifts).
