Key Role in Brownfield Civil Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of brownfield civil engineering projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our brownfield capability – leading projects, contributing hands-on engineering expertise, and leveraging the support of our Structures, Water and Civil teams to secure and deliver larger, integrated projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery and development of team members.
  • Bring in own work and collaborate across teams to win larger, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Provide hands-on engineering expertise while guiding and supporting others.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to a robust pipeline of work.
  • Work closely with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in brownfield engineering.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Certified Principal Design Practitioner.
  • Strong technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
