About This Role

We're looking for an accomplished civil engineer to lead our brownfield projects in Sydney.

This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in collaborating across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.

You'll play a key role in shaping our brownfield capability – leading projects, contributing hands-on engineering expertise, and leveraging the support of our Structures, Water and Civil teams to secure and deliver larger, integrated projects.

  • Leading the delivery of brownfield civil engineering projects.
  • Contributing your own work and collaborating across teams to win larger, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Providing hands-on engineering expertise while also guiding and supporting others.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.
  • Working closely with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to grow a key capability for us, combining technical excellence, client engagement and leadership.

What We Need From You:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in Brownfield Engineering.
  • A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Certified Principal Design Practitioner qualification.
  • Strong technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • A proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
