We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our Brownfield projects in Sydney.
This role involves leading the delivery of brownfield civil engineering projects, bringing in new work and collaborating across teams to win larger projects, providing hands-on engineering expertise, and guiding and supporting others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure and deliver large, integrated projects.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
- Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in brownfield engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in brownfield engineering.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Certified Principal Design Practitioner qualifications.
- Strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
- Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
