Senior Engineering Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced civil engineering professional to join our team in Sydney. This role is ideal for a collaborative engineer who can work across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping our brownfield capability by leading projects, contributing hands-on engineering expertise, and leveraging the support of our structures, water and civil teams to secure and deliver larger, integrated projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the delivery of brownfield civil engineering projects.
  • Bringing in your own work and collaborating across teams to win larger, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Providing hands-on engineering expertise while also guiding and supporting others.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.
  • Working closely with the building structures, water and civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to grow a key capability for our organization, combining technical excellence, client engagement and leadership.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Brownfield Engineering.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Certified Principal Design Practitioner.
  • Strong technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
