About the Role

The Commercial Tenancy Asset Manager is responsible for managing relationships with commercial and retail tenants in Victoria. This role entails overseeing the management, performance, and contractual obligations of our university campus asset at Scape Franklin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with commercial and retail tenants in Victoria.
  • Oversee the management, performance, and contractual obligations of our university campus asset at Scape Franklin.
  • Maximize the value of the asset and ensure optimal performance through effective management strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in asset management in a similar commercial and retail role.
  • Fluent knowledge in maintenance, tenancy management, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and other tenancy-related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the education sector or with large-scale facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, including leasing, space planning, and facility maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
