The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial IT Analyst to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we get the best commercial outcomes for the business across our software and hardware assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and realizing opportunities to reduce and control costs across our software & hardware assets.
  • Support customers with their software requirements and requests, providing guidance on software products and processes.
  • Report on software usage, maintenance renewal, and licenses allocation of assets and seek opportunities to consolidate these.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, business areas, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science/Finance or business-related discipline preferred.
  • An interest in IT products and services.
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Previous work experience in a commercial/finance/project support administration/coordination type role.
  • Experience in establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
