We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This critical role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient operation of our project.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including email management, correspondence, and highlighting actions for their attention.
- Assist with travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodations, and roster changes.
- Maintain compliance with contractor site mobilization requirements.
- Ensure all staff members adhere to inductions and safety protocols.
- Support the mobilization team with overflow workloads.
- Build strong working relationships with internal staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and complete requisitions, purchase orders, receipting, and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on actions as needed.
- Data entry, word processing, document control, reporting, and maintaining databases.
This is a highly demanding position that requires exceptional multitasking skills, high-level communication abilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments with conflicting deadlines.
