Site Operations Coordinator

The core pillar of the site's day-to-day operations, you will coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Essential Responsibilities:- Ensure quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations through regular facility inspections
- Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities to enhance facilities performance
- Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities, upholding regulatory standards
- Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures for seamless transactions
- Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices, empowering colleagues to excel
- Lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values and setting a high standard for team members
- Proven experience in Facilities Management, property or related roles
- Confident stakeholder management and collaboration skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FM-related software applications
