We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Support Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Client Care division, you will play a critical role in supporting our top clients and developing a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Manage Client Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our top clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • **Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and distribute information related to client intelligence, market activity, financial information, and business activity.
  • **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM database (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • **Revenue Tracking**: Track and analyze revenue data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • **Communication**: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and respond to internal stakeholder requests, maintaining calendars and intranet sites.
  • **Event Coordination**: Assist with the coordination of client events and manage sponsorships and subscriptions.

Requirements

  • **Degree in Business, Commerce, or Property**: A degree in a related field with experience in a related industry position.
  • **Technical Skills**: Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint, with experience with Salesforce highly advantageous.
  • **Soft Skills**: Motivated, proactive, and intelligent individual with strong attention to detail, agility, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.
