Job Description

The company provides a hassle-free boating lifestyle for their clients by tailoring their service to meet their needs. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet operations, maintenance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring vessels are kept in excellent condition, and maintaining strong relationships with owners. You will also be responsible for arranging boat movements, coordinating skippers and hostesses, and providing training.

As a seasoned marine operations expert, customer service specialist, and team leader, you will make a positive impact on the overall customer experience by utilizing your excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proven experience in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fleet management, marine operations, or a similar role within the maritime or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, safety regulations, and crew management.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with experience working directly with high-net-worth clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing teams and working collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail.

Additional requirements include relevant maritime certifications, such as an Australian boat license or higher, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
