Join Nasdaq's Team as a Lead Calypso Developer

Nasdaq is a global leader in technology and innovation, and we're looking for a talented Lead Calypso Developer to join our team. As a Lead Calypso Developer, you will work directly with our customer project team to implement the Calypso system and assist them in meeting their users' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Calypso system and assist customers in meeting their users' requirements
  • Work with the customer project team to ensure successful implementation of the Calypso system
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of the Calypso system
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the Calypso system
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial software development in Java, C++, Swing, JDBC, RMI, J2EE, Linux, Sybase, XML
  • Strong GUI and server-side development skills
  • Excellent object-oriented analysis, design, and development skills
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including working experience with Sybase and/or Oracle
  • Preference for domain experience in developing software or implementing software in support of asset classes such as credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, equity derivatives, fixed income, or FX
