About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at JJ's Waste & Recycling. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts and relationship-building activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer retention
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

  • You have a strong track record of sales success, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • You are a motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • You are able to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation
  • You are proficient in using sales software and technology, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools
