Multinational Risk Coordination Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to manage complex cross-border risks.
Key Responsibilities- Review instructions for completeness and accuracy based on local regulations and rules.
- Manage communication and engagement with brokers, clients, and internal teams to obtain pre-issuance requirements.
- Handle and coordinate service requirements for local portions of multinational programs, including risk transfer and global fronting – for new business and renewals.
- Coordinate with administrative teams to complete bookings and issuance.
- Manage all aspects of local inbound multinational clients' requests, meeting or exceeding client service expectations.
- Proactively engage with and respond to client/broker inquiries.
- Manage internal and external expectations of allocated portfolios.
- Ensure requested documentation is issued within required timeframes.
- Report on account status to local managers and producing offices.
- Maintain up-to-date administration systems.
- Address queries from other departments in a timely manner.
