
Risk Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and project coordination.
About the Role- Support the design and implementation of key initiatives, including the uplift of the GRC system and enhancements to the Operational Due Diligence process.
- Coordinate project activities, gather requirements, and ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Work closely with the GRC implementation lead and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Uplift to Protecht: Oversee the successful delivery of the Protecht roadmap, including the scope, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaboration and engagement with other Business units: Provide current state process and support with future state designs.
- System support: Migrate historical data.
- Design and support training: Support Product Manager and Product Owner with documenting procedures and deploying training for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration and engagement with other Business units: Ensure effective collaboration and engagement with other business units.
- Support of production verification testing of production deployment releases: Supports the Product Manager and Test Manager with user acceptance test planning, test cases and test execution.
- Uplifting ODD processes: Work closely with ER and other key stakeholders to identify, test and ultimately deploy an uplifted process for ODD.
- Enhancing Investment Management Agreements Process: Leveraging Agency tools to automate and streamline the processes.
About You
- You will have experience implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems and bring a mix of risk experience and project management expertise to the role.
- Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to the success of these initiatives.
- A minimum of 3-4 years' professional experience is required, with experience in the financial services industry preferred.
