Leading Clinical Services Manager

This senior level physiotherapist role is situated in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and providing clinical services to patients.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision and leadership to a team of 5 physiotherapists and an allied health assistant.
- Clinical Caseload Management: Oversee a caseload of patients across sub-acute wards, acute wards, outpatients, and community patients.
- Paediatric Experience: Preference for candidates with paediatrics experience covering the equivalent of 1 day per week.
- Management Tasks: Spend approximately 2 hours daily on management duties such as rostering, supervision, education, and quality improvement projects.
- Senior Physiotherapist or Experienced Physiotherapist Seeking Leadership Position.
- Availability to Start in July or August.
- Rural Generalist Settings: Experience in rural generalist settings and paediatrics preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Ability to Supervise 3 Physiotherapists and an Allied Health Assistant.
- Competitive Annual Salary Ranging from $112,396 - $116,038 + Super.
