About the opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Care Manager for our 61 bed, residential aged care home in Young, NSW.

• Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in the aged care setting.
  
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
  
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.
  
• Effective management of the budget and resources allocated for clinical care to ensure cost-effective care without compromising quality.

What you'll bring:
You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
  
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• NDIS clearance OR proof of application & recent Police record check
  
• Valid, full working rights in Australia
