Senior Clinical Manager

The role of a Senior Clinical Manager is to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in subacute health service facilities. This involves managing operational, financial, human and information resources within the unit to ensure seamless healthcare services.
About the Job- Manage an Inpatient 26 bed ward specialising in rehabilitation and palliative care, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead effective leadership and strategic direction within the unit to maintain high-quality clinical practices and patient care.
Candidates must possess relevant Nursing qualifications, current registration with the relevant Nursing Board, and experience in providing management and leadership. They should also be able to develop good relationships between multidisciplinary teams and drive change management initiatives forward.
Main Responsibilities- Tactically manage operational, financial, human and information resources within the unit.
- Liaise with the Clinical Director to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide effective nursing leadership within the Clinical Program to ensure high-quality clinical practices and client care.
The successful applicant will require evidence of a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check, as well as proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
