Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Make Safe Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of make safe works and restoration projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake make safe, restoration, strip out works and reporting to achieve 'first time response' and outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to environmental, waste management and monitoring arrangements
  • Use mobile working solutions for job allocation, data transfer and collection
  • Provide high-level customer service while considering best safe work methods when scheduling make safe works
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Trade Qualification or Equivalent Knowledge:
  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service
  • Ability to diagnose and prioritize specific work activities and tasks
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude towards work
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours
