About the Role

This challenging role involves assisting people with day-to-day activities, personal care, and development. As a dedicated Support Worker, you will empower individuals to participate actively in their local community, feel valued and respected, and engage in meaningful relationships.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekend shifts
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • Ability to provide an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) clearance
  • The capacity to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
  • Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
