Lead Credit Team

Job Overview

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee a high-performing team of Analysts and Verification Officers to drive efficient home loan processing within defined service level agreements (SLA). You will also foster staff growth by providing ongoing training and development, spearheading process improvement initiatives, and cultivating strong relationships across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of skilled Analysts and Verification Officers to meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize departmental efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to compliance metrics and industry standards
  • Nurture and maintain strategic business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in mortgage credit, preferably within a non-bank lender environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Mandarin language skills are highly desirable but not essential
