Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective social work interventions and ensure they are aligned with professional values and relevant policies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Undertake case conferences and contribute to case discussions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
