As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining our rent roll and integrating new properties into our business.

The ideal candidate will have current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, or be willing to obtain it, and hold a NSW Drivers Licence. A clean driving record and own vehicle are essential for this role.

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about real estate and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of leases, ingoing/outgoing condition reports, and other required documentation
  • Coordinate with senior staff to ensure high-quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants
  • Manage maintenance issues, including obtaining quotes and confirming jobs with tradespeople
  • Assist with tenant selection and provide property information as requested

  • Knowledge and experience working in real estate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness
