Staff Site Reliability Engineer Role

This is a high-trust, high-impact position where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure and overall user experience.

You'll lead how we scale our systems, ensuring they're resilient, observable, and performant across the business. You'll also architect solutions that meet the needs of our organization, mentor junior engineers, and drive org-wide reliability strategy.

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, your decisions will directly impact millions of users. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the technical foundations of our services, ensuring they're scalable, reliable, and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with expertise in designing and implementing large-scale systems, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and maintenance of our technical infrastructure, ensuring it's aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  2. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient systems that meet the needs of our organization.
  3. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and technical standards.
  4. Drive org-wide reliability strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering leaders, product managers, and other technical teams.
